I worked directly with the executive team to examine the delta between where the product was and where the clients needed it to be. I was then responsible for designing the product solution that aligned the user needs with the business objectives.

Sentiment is a DeFi platform focussed on providing simplified, risk managed longterm borrowing and lending investment opportunities. The team were looking to launch their MVP+1 version of the platform and address a number of business objectives targeting growth.

The dashboard was reimagined to offer clear, concise summaries of users' positions, improving their ability to manage and understand their portfolios at a glance.

Using a clear, simple data visualisation we were able to convey risk and impact the user was facing with their investment.

A comprehensive re-work of position management flows allow users to effortlessly set up and monitor their opportunities. Featuring rich views including projections and historic data provides users with the right data to make informed decisions at a glance.
All your assets at a glance
Comprehensive asset views, of assets on and off platform, provides a unified snapshot of a user portfolio promoting a more informed and efficient investment strategy.
Making depositing funds less daunting
When exploring opportunities to increase TVL we targeted both new and high net worth users. Giving new users a way to deposit smaller chunks of liquidity helped smooth out friction and initial ‘shyness’
